Company History

Modulshop, ltd. was founded in 2001. The first Puntanela shop ws opened in autumn that year in OC Futurum Brno.
During the following year, two other companies were founded. These were Modulshop Zlicin and Modulshop Olomouc and they started operating Puntanela OC Metropole Zlicin and OC Hana Olomouc. The company was enlarged by OC Europark Sterboholy, OC IGY Ceske Budejovice, OC Vankovka Brno, and OC Tesco Letnany in 2003-2005. In autumn 2006 the shop in OC Europark was relocated to a new area of 1,740 m2 - the "Giraffe" concept which is currently the biggest retail offering children's goods in the Cyech Republic. An additional two stores were opened at the end of 2007. The first is Puntanela, shopping center Géčko Liberec. The  second, Puntanela, shopping center Europark, is the first store of its kind in central Europe. This store offers exclusive, designer fashion for children and young people from ages 3 to 16 years.
At the beginning of January 2008, for organizational reasons, the companies underwent a name change:
Modulshop Zličín Ltd.s.r.o. is now Modulshop CZ s.r.o.
Modulshop Olomouc Ltd.s.r.o. is now Modulshop Plus s.r.o.
Modulshop Ltd. s.r.o. is now Modulshop s.r.o.
